• Payment information — if you pay online, your card/UPI details are collected directly by Razorpay, our payment processor; we never see or store your full payment details ourselves.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, verify your identity when you sign in, communicate with you about orders and offers via WhatsApp, keep your cart/wishlist/order history consistent whether you shop on this website or in our app, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store work:

• Firebase (Google) — handles account sign-in and verification.
• Razorpay — processes online payments securely.
• WhatsApp — delivers order updates and OTP codes.
• Delivery partners, solely to fulfil and ship your order.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist while you shop as a guest, so you don't lose them between visits. This stays on your device and is not sent anywhere until you choose to sign in or check out.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Signed-in customers can also view and manage their saved addresses and order history from the account panel on this site.
